With nearly 15 years of corporate counsel, finance, analyst, and executive leadership combined across Barclays Bank, Proskauer Rose LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, and through her recent tenure as General Counsel for BitOoda Holdings LLC, Ms. Sussman brings extensive corporate, legal and finance experience to Neos Equity Group. She has been heading legal for an agency-only brokerage firm specializing in digital assets and building a derivatives market for BTC and ETH and helping firms develop, manage, and execute risk management strategies through derivative structures. She has proven expertise in capital markets, strategic investments and the unique challenges in navigating regulatory compliances, and understands the complexities involved with acquiring high-valued assets.

Her principal responsibilities on the Board will be seeing to the fiscal success of the company and ensuring high value returns to all Neos partners and sponsors through a well-governed company with her participation as a Member of the Board.

Academics: Juris Doctor from New England School of Law; B.B.A. from Pace University - Lubin School of Business; Licensed and Certified Attorney for New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, First Department; and, is a Member of The Futures and Derivatives Committee of the New York State Bar and a Pro Bono Attorney for both the New York City Bar Association and New York Family Court for Civil Rights and Social Action.
